License : imposer un copyright

Je voudrais savoir s'il existait des licenses type GPL mais qui impose de laisser le copyright .

J'ai vu la license creative common, mais je voudrais savoir s'il existe le méme type de license avec autorisation d'utilisation à but commercial.

il me semble qu'il n'est pas obligatoire de laisser le lien en bas de page pour la license GPL

un exemple sur la faq punbb (4.2)

4. License and copyright
