The Google Team a dit:Hi Erick,
Thank you for your note. We understand that your site is currently not
listed in our search results. Your site has not been manually removed from
our index. We update our index every four to six weeks and during this
process sites not only shift in their ranking, but new sites are added and
some sites are dropped. The reasons a site may fall out of the index are
varied, however, none of them are malicious:
1) a technical glitch on our side which caused us to 'miss' your site; we
crawl over three billion pages every few weeks; hiccups will happen.
Google is a free service; as such, there is no guarantee that any site
will appear in our index.
2) Your site was unreachable when we tried to crawl it; it was down for
maintenance, or the server crashed. You can check your server logs to see
if you had any down time in the past four to six weeks.
3) Your content changed significantly as did links pointing to your page
and you no longer have page rank or your page had low page rank to begin
with and a small change caused you to be dropped.
Despite the frustration this may cause you, we are not able to 'fix' it.
It is likely that your page will reappear when we update our index again
in a few weeks.
We appreciate your patience and hope the information we have provided
above is helpful to you. Due to the tremendous volume of information and
help requests we receive, we are not always able to provide personal
attention to questions pertaining to individual websites. If this response
did not adequately resolve your question, we hope that you will visit the
webmaster section of our site at https://www.google.com/webmasters/ . In
an effort to better address your needs, we've dedicated this entire
section of our website to answering common webmaster questions, providing
website design and content guidelines, listing Google's quality
requirements and recommendations, and much more.
Of course, we cannot anticipate and answer everyone's questions on our
website. Realizing this, we have also created a Google discussion group on
Google Groups where Google users and webmasters can connect to share their
vast knowledge and experience. You can access this group at
http://groups.google.com/groups?q=googl ... rt.general. If you
have already checked the webmaster section of our website and haven't
found an answer, we encourage you to post your question to the Google
Support group.
Regards,
The Google Team
