Copyright sur les jeux flash ?

Bonjour,
j'aimerai mettre des jeux flash sur mon site, mais je me pose la question du Copyright.
Par exemple je voudrai mettre les jeux Yétis sports sur mon site, mais esce autorisé ?
En allant sur : http://www.jeuxflash.net/jeux/jeu,yeti,411.html il est spécifié qu'il n'y a pas de Copyright, ce qui m'étonne...

Esce que les sites de jeux flash ont acheté toutes les licences pour leurs jeux?
A t-on le droit de mettre un jeux flash sur notre site ?

Miniclip Ltd. is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates for the SOFTWARE. However, any maintenance or updates provided by Miniclip Ltd. shall be covered by this Agreement.

DISTRIBUTION

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of this SOFTWARE as you wish and distribute the software in its unmodified form via a website You are specifically prohibited from charging for use of or access to, or requesting donations, or bundling with any other software or hardware the SOFTWARE unless you obtain a custom license agreement from Miniclip ltd. You are not allowed to dsitribute the SOFTWARE on CD.

CUSTOM LICENSE AGREEMENTS

If you wish to use the SOFTWARE for any other purpose such as CD distribution you may apply for a custom licensing agreement at -biz@miniclip.com

Merci pour cette réponse, mais elle ne s'applique que pour le site en question.(car miniclip.com développe lui meme ses jeux, normal qu'il veuille avoir un control dessu).
Personne pour me dire si il est légal de diffuser uniquement un jeux flash sur son site web ?

je pense que pout toute utilisation d'une oeuvre, il faut en avoir l'autorisation de l'auteur. En fait, en droit, rien ne différencie un ptit jeu flash créé par un ado de 17ans du dernier jeu créé par Blizzard.
Il faut donc vérifier la licence d'utilisation du jeu, ou contacter son auteur... etc...
